Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Nomad IV Wellness, most appointments are scheduled without a deposit, and payment is generally collected at the completion of the service.

Because many of our treatments involve injectable or administered products that cannot be returned, reused, or recovered once administered, completed treatments are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered when there is a documented error, billing issue, or treatment administration problem directly attributable to Nomad IV Wellness.

Refunds are generally not provided because a client changes their mind after treatment, is dissatisfied with the expected or subjective outcome of a properly administered treatment, or no longer wishes to receive a product after it has already been administered.

If you believe an error occurred with your treatment or billing, please contact Nomad IV Wellness as soon as reasonably possible so the matter can be reviewed. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Nomad IV Wellness reserves the right to review refund requests individually based on the circumstances of the service provided.
