Nomad IV Wellness uses Zenoti to assist with appointment scheduling, practice management, client communications, and related business functions.
When you schedule or manage an appointment, information may be processed through Zenoti's systems.
We may also use other vendors and service providers to perform functions on our behalf. Where required by HIPAA, appropriate agreements and safeguards will be used before a third party is permitted to create, receive, maintain, or transmit PHI on our behalf.
